My site is for those people who want to know more about Hula HOOping, whether it is for fun, exercise or just curiosity. 

  

        

HOOp Blast offers Hula Hoop aerobic and Hoopdance classes in the South East London area.  Please  click on Classes for more information. 

We also do workshops to your requirements and Hooping parties.

The main ethos is to get people of all ages fit and active by trying something new and fun.

I work with schools to provide a different form of Physical Education and After School Clubs.
