HoopBlast has managed to secure funding from Lewisham Primary Care Trust to run Hula hoop classes to the residents of New Cross & Evelyn Street Ward.

HoopBlast's ethos is to promote fun and fitness for all ages. We teach you to Hula Hoop the correct way and also introduce you to the art of Hoop dancing.
HoopBlast offers a range of services ranging from selling and making custom made hoops, classes, workshops, parties, coporate events and general events.
The main ethos is to get people of all ages fit and active by trying something new and fun.
Hoop Blast offers Hula Hoop aerobic and Hoop dance classes in the South and East London areas. Please click on Classes for more information.
We do workshops to your requirements, Hooping parties and Coporate Events such as Team Building for Local Authorities.
We also work with schools to provide a different form of Physical Education and After School Clubs.
